Repair is the queen discipline of the circular economy !

10 years ago, Michel Heftrich was already a true visionary when he set up the first repair-café in Luxembourg. And Michel is sticking to his principles: he is currently on a 5,555 km bike tour across Europe, visiting more than 50 repair-cafés. His aim is to raise public awareness of the importance of repairing broken objects rather than throwing them away, and thus contribute to a more sustainable world. At the express request of the Minister, Michel visited the Ministry of Consumer Protection this morning to talk to us about repairing and programmed obsolescence.
