Controls during the "braderie" in Luxembourg-City

During the “braderie” in Luxembourg City, our agents made controls to ensure that prices were correctly displayed on all stands.

Prices were mostly correctly displayed, and the few irregularities that were found were immediately rectified by the cooperative sellers.

The inspection can therefore be considered a success, as no sanctions were issued by the police officers.

The Ministry for Consumer Protection will continue to protect the rights of consumers in Luxembourg and to raise awareness among professionals of good practice when it comes to displaying prices.

Many thanks to the police for their exemplary cooperation!
