On 14 June, experts and key players from the sector gathered at Neumünster Abbey to discuss topics - such as passenger rights, the circular economy, drones, dark patterns and the metaverse - that have a direct impact on consumers' daily lives. In her video message, Paulette Lenert, Minister for Consumer Protection, stressed the importance of strengthening consumer rights in a constantly changing world and thanked the European Consumer Center Luxembourg team for their commitment to consumer protection and for organising the conference.
